We had a rust stain on the carpet from a metal-legged coffee table that we assumed was going to be there forever. Claudio managed to get it out. We were thrilled with the final result. Claudio arrived on time, was very careful with the railings to the basement, the rugs looked fantastic, he got rid of stains that have been left by other cleaners, and it’s the first time I definitely like the scent he applied. He was kind and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely use his services again! 14. We had Claudio come and steam clean our upstairs bonus room, hallways and 3 bedrooms. For an additional fee, he almost steam cleaned our couch. I was very happy with his communication, service and product. He does an excellent job and I will hire him again. Claudio from Smartpro Cleaning did such an amazing job — I honestly thought the carpets in my rental suite were beyond saving. They were in terrible shape from my renters, and I had pretty much given up hope. But Claudio worked his magic and brought them back to life! They look fresh, clean, and smell fantastic.
